O Christmas Tree

This morning Ian came downstairs to a completely decorated Christmas tree! (We have had it up for over a week, but just got around to decorating it... gotta love a pre-lit tree!) He actually asked, "Mommy, are these things to touch or just to look at?" He is a parent's dream! I'm just remembering how different it was the Christmas he was turning 1 when we only decorated the top half of the tree... we've come a long way, baby!

Kids say the darndest things!

This morning at breakfast, I asked Ian what was on his jammies. I expected him to answer with "snowflakes," but I was testing him. Instead, he responded "corn flakes!" At least he was on the right track!
